Rewards Program is one way in which INOX endeavours to reward and thank its loyal customers for patronizing movie watching experience at select theatres of INOX in India. Participants in the Rewards Program/ Members get to earn Points on their spends on Cinema Tickets and on Food & Beverages, and those Points can be used to redeem discounts on future purchases of tickets and/or Food & Beverages. Membership is open to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older. Participants will be required to provide information such as Mobile number, email address, name, and date of birth in order to receive benefits. By enrolling in this Rewards Program, Member hereby agrees to receive marketing communication via SMS, email, push notification, direct call, and other communication channels used by INOX.

Continued participation in the Rewards Program constitutes each Participant's continued full and unconditional agreement to these T&C, as they may be updated from time to time and representation that Participant meets the eligibility requirements set out in these T&C. Those who do not comply with these T&C may be prohibited from participating in the Rewards Program as determined by INOX in its sole discretion. There is a limit of one (1) Rewards Account per mobile number, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same mobile Number.

Rewards Program has already been commenced from 22nd November, 2019

• 1. Rewards Program is not applicable for management properties* of INOX.
• 2. Rewards Program membership number will be the mobile number of the member.
• 3. Rewards Program membership is valid for life-time subject to the discretion of INOX.
• 4. Rewards Program is applicable for personal use only and is not applicable for bulk bookings.
• 5. Reward Points are earned as a percentage of net value paid by the member. The net value paid will exclude taxes levied, Discount availed in the transaction, convenience fee & tax applied to convenience fee applicable for online 

  transactions and INOX point redeemed during the transaction. The empirical formula is as follows -

• Total Value of Transaction – Taxes applicable – Discount/ Deals availed – INOX Reward Point Redeemed - Convenience Fee & Tax applicable on Convenience Fee (for online transaction).
• 6. For purchase of Cinema Tickets, members will get Reward Points only for 3 Ticket Transactions per week. However no points will be credited to the members account for a transaction which is for more than 10 tickets. Week cycle starts from Friday and ends on Thursday.
• 7. For purchase of Food and Beverages, members will get Reward Points only for 3 transactions per day with a further limit of Rs. 4000 per day. No points will be credited for more than 9 transactions per week.
• 8. Reward Points will be allocated within 24 hours from the time transaction is completed. In case points are not allocated after 24 hours, Members are requested to send queries to rewards@inoxmovies.com
• 9. In case Cinema tickets, food and beverages are booked through other booking partners i.e apart from INOX Website, INOX Mobile application and cinema counters, members will be eligible for only 50% of the Rewards points as described hereinabove.
• 10. Redemption of points will only happen on INOX Movies website, Mobile application, cinema counters of INOX Movies (Box Office counters and F&B Counters). Members can only redeem Reward points from registered mobile number in any transaction. OTP verification will be required to redeem the Reward points.
• 11. INOX will not be responsible for misuse/theft of Reward points.
• 12. Membership is for individual/personal use; in case of misuse of the same INOX reserves right of termination of membership.
• 13. Membership accounts, points, rewards, special benefits & offers are, (i) non-transferable, (ii) have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances, (iii) cannot be offered for resale.
• 14. The benefits and rewards are provided only on as “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and members have no inherent right to claim such benefits on account of their membership in a particular tier.
• 15. Reward Points and Rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of INOX Cinemas gift cards.
• 16. Points can only be redeemed when total points are 50 or more.
• 17. Payment through multiple accounts (mobile numbers) will not be allowed.
• 18. Reward Points earned are valid for particular duration, which is different for different tiers.
• 19. Mobile number to be shared for earning Reward points. No points will be awarded on previous transactions done without mobile number.
• 20. Reward Points earned by the member, cannot be combined with offers given by the Banks/ or discounts offered to INOX employees.
• 21. Rewards Points of member shall expire on 31st March every year, irrespective of current point validity.
• 22. Member will be downgraded to the lower tier if he / she don’t maintain the minimum criteria of that tier.
• 23. From time to time, INOX, at its discretion, may offer additional benefits and events to its Members. However members will have no right to claim/ seek additional benefits.
• 24. In case of cancellation of movie show, the Reward Points earned by the member will be debited within 48 hours of the show time.
• 25. In case of cancellation of show, tickets of which were purchased by the member by redeeming the reward points in his/her account, Reward Points will be credited to the member’s account within 48 hours of the show time.
• 26. Reward Points earned will be rounded off to nearest whole number.
• 27. For any queries related to Points earning, members are required to preserve the transaction bill or tickets.
• 28. INOX reserves right to modify/change all or any of the T&C applicable to Rewards Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever to the Member. INOX also reserves the right to discontinue the Rewards Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by INOX to continue the Rewards Program.
• 29. Computation of reward points as may be done by INOX under the Rewards Program shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Member.
• 30. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or body established by law (central, state or local), which may arise or accrue to the Member by redemption of the reward points under the Rewards Program, as aforesaid, shall be to the sole account of the Member.
• 31. INOX reserves the right to suspend any membership if INOX determines in its sole discretion that member has violated these T&C or that the use of account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. INOX may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event, participation in Reward Program is terminated, then all accumulated points in the account are void
• 32. Member may choose to cancel their Membership at any time by sending a mail to rewards@inoxmovies.com or SMS INOX UNSUB to 561616161
• 33. INOX is not responsible for use or redemption of points from a membership account that has been lost, stolen, or otherwise used without Member’s permission.
• 34. Members hereby authorize INOX to disclose their information registered on our website www.inoxmovies.com or on the inoxmovies mobile app, to Government authorities or to competent authorities or to credit bureaus or to the third persons, to comply with its obligations under law. Further, members also authorize INOX to use their information for offering products and services to them, including from its associate /partners, unless specified otherwise.
• 35. By participating in the Rewards Program, each participant accepts all responsibility for, and hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless INOX and its affiliates, agents, promotion and advertising agencies, including, franchisees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and successors, assigns, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from actions taken by such participant and/or participant’s participation in the Rewards Program, or for any harm or injury caused by any third party. In no event shall INOX and its affiliates, agents, promotion and advertising agencies, including, franchisees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and successors, assigns, and service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive damages or lost profits due to use of (or inability to use) the Rewards Program, will be entertained.
• 36. All disputes, in connection with Rewards Program shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian Laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Mumbai only.

  • Can be availed once per customer during the time span of 1 year from the date of eligibility in each tier.
  • Invitation will be communicated over SMS/ Email / Push Notification.
• 2. Free Large Popcorn:
  • Only valid for “Gold” & “Black” tier members.
  • Can be availed once per customer during the time span of 1 year from the date of eligibility in each tier.
  • GST amount to be paid by customer.

• 3. Limited Edition Movie merchandise:

  • Valid for “Black” tier members.

• 5. 100% off on ticket cancellation:
  • Only valid for “Black” tier members.
  • Refund will be settled within 72 hours from the time of initiation.
• 6. Chance to meet a movie star:
  • Only valid for “Black” tier members.
  • Can be availed once per customer during the time span of 1 year from the date of eligibility in each tier.
  • Eligible customers will get notified over SMS / email / push notification.
• 7. Insignia Access:
  • Only valid for “Black” tier members.
  • Only one partner is allowed along with member.
  • Member will need to confirm member ID (Mobile Number) and validate by sharing the OTP.
• 8. Invitation to star event:
  • Only valid for “Black” tier members.
  • Can be availed once per customer during the time span of 1 year from the date of eligibility in each tier.
